Upon registration, please indicate any dietary restrictions. If unable to partake in the buffet menu we can accommodate a Gluten Free meal delivered to your table. Please identify that in the special accommodations section and list your dietary restrictions.
Our delicious buffet includes…
- Parmesan-Crusted Chicken: Boneless Breast of Chicken with a Panko and Parmesan Crust, served with an Herb Cream Sauce
- Flank Steak Roulade: Roasted Steak stuffed with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Mushrooms topped with Caramelized Onion Jus
- Citrus Mahi Mahi: Fillet of Mahi Mahi topped with Pineapple Salsa - per person
- Herb Roasted Potatoes
- Roasted Seasonal Vegetable Medley
- Salad (Ranch or Italian Dressing) and Rolls with Butter
- Plain Cheesecake with Fruit Topping
Bar Menu
The bar will be open during cocktail hour 5:30pm to 6:30pm and then again from 7pm to 9:30pm. Bar will be closed for dinner and during our speaker. If you wish to have a drink for dinner, please procure one prior to the bar closing at 6:30pm.
Our open bar package includes:
- Vodka, Gin, Rum and Spiced Rum, Whiskey, Bourbon, Scotch, and Sweet & Dry Vermouth
- Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Reisling
- Beer: Miller Light, Yuengling, Corona
- Sodas, mixers, juices, pitchers of water, & fruit garnishes included as well
Entertainment
We are proud to annouce that our featured entertainment will be Paul Cosentino's Boilermaker Jazz Band! Since 1988, Paul Cosentino’s Boilermaker Jazz Band has been bringing the sounds of the Jazz Age and the Swing Era back to life. You’ll hear familiar tunes and rarities performed by superb instrumentalists and heartfelt vocalists as the band interprets jazz classics and the Great American Songbook in their own unique fashion. The Boilermaker Jazz Band can make any crowd move with their infectious beat and enthusiasm.
