The bar will be open during cocktail hour 5pm to 6pm and then again from 7pm to 9pm. Bar will be closed for dinner and during our speaker. If you wish to have a drink for dinner, please procure one prior to the bar closing at 6pm.
Drink ticket or wristband will need to be purchased to receive alcoholic beverages. One ticket per beverage for $10 or one wristband for unlimited alcoholic beverages for $35. Soft drinks, coffee, tea, and water are complimentary. More drink tickets will be available for purchase in registration or at the event.
Beer: Miller Light, Yuengling, and Corona
Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon, White Zinfandel, and Chardonnay
Directions & Parking
**Please know that November 18th is Light up night in Pittsburgh. It’s The City of Pittsburgh kick off to the Holiday Season. Please leave enough time to navigate through traffic and know parking will be congested. We recommend giving yourself extra time for travel and arriving on time to the event. **
The Power Center is located on the corner of Chatham Square & Forbes Avenue—in the same building as the Barnes & Noble Bookstore.
Parking: 1180 Forbes Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15219
Event parking is available in the Forbes Garage, accessed via Forbes Avenue, located on the right side of the road just past the Power Center.
Accessing the Ballroom: The Ballroom can be accessed on level 8 or the Forbes Garage. Cross the Sklar Skywalk to enter the ballroom lobby (level 5 of the Power Center).
NOTE: If accessing the ballroom from the Forbes Avenue entrance, enter the building between Barnes & Noble and Freshens. Take the elevator to level 5. If the Forbes Avenue entrance is locked, please cross the street and take the Forbes Garage elevators to level 8 & follow the directions as above.
Parking Tickets are Complimentary for the Forbes Garage Only and will be issued at Registration.
